Integrity and frugality mean we can do a lot with a little. We have recently emerged from an intensive organizational review completed by Renewing Hope Agency, focusing on offering training and development for our volunteers. Our greatest resource is our volunteers, who work hard together as part of a strong and resilient community. Our Board of Directors consists entirely of volunteers with extensive experience in frontline service.

We take stewardship and transparency extremely seriously, with our working Board leading a culture of generosity by example. We also completed a week-long exercise with Renewing Hope Agency which allowed us to review our purpose and values and build an ethical framework for our future service to the region.

We make our budgets available online and welcome engagement on our finances. Whenever we share what we do within our financial limitations, people are amazed. Connect Outreach is 100% community-funded. Our revenue comes from individual donors, churches, businesses, our thrift store, fundraisers, and small community grants.
